Paul Kahawatte

Paul is an experienced facilitator, mediator and trainer, focusing on supporting groups through conflict, tricky decision making and the process of developing their systems. His approach is grounded in the principles of Nonviolent Communication (NVC), Restorative Circles, Convergent Facilitation, Aikido and Focusing, along with several other approaches and practices. His work is focused on supporting groups, projects, communities and organisations working for transformation and social and ecological justice. Paul's role in WorkFREE is to train and support others in applying the approaches he works with.
